承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織(zhi)設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制做(zuo),無(wu)對(dui)接焊(han)縫,比拼(pin)湊承重梁(liang)更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)(du)為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度(du)(du)由(you)數控切割整(zheng)個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精準度(du)(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧(hu)焊自動焊、無(wu)損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接軟性設(she)計方案(an),防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選(xuan)用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應用(yong)數(shu)控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精(jing)準定位生產加工(gong),保(bao)證規格精(jing)密度和配合(he)尺(chi)寸(cun);
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有(you)雙輪(lun)緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外遇(yu)保護器,安(an)全性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁與端(duan)梁選用10.9級高強螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證整個設備構(gou)造抗壓(ya)強度(du)和(he)精密(mi)度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形(xing)方管制做,車轱轆為無(wu)邊緣設計方案,路(lu)軌與(yu)路(lu)面每平米(mi)。
