承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁(liang)組織設計方案,重量(liang)輕,合理配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制做(zuo),無對(dui)接焊(han)縫(feng),比拼(pin)湊承重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直(zhi)剛(gang)度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測(ce)。焊(han)后總體拋丸除(chu)銹,消地應(ying)力、防銹處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材料(liao)為(wei)Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性(xing)設計(ji)方案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔(kong)方式,應用(yong)數控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑(xian)床(chuang)一回精(jing)準定位生產(chan)加工,保證規格(ge)精(jing)密(mi)度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪(lun)緣的(de)車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維(wei)護和防外遇保(bao)護器(qi),安全(quan)性(xing)有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端(duan)梁選用10.9級高強螺(luo)栓聯接,保證整個設備構(gou)造(zao)抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍(long)門端梁選(xuan)用矩形方管(guan)制做(zuo),車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設計方案,路軌(gui)與路面每平(ping)米(mi)。
