承重梁構造
1,承重梁選(xuan)用歐(ou)式古典箱型(xing)梁組(zu)織設計方(fang)案,重量輕,合理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊(han)縫,比拼湊(cou)承重梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直(zhi)剛度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度由數控切(qie)割整個PCB線路板(ban)開料,精準度高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊(han)(han)自動焊(han)(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)(han)后總體拋丸除(chu)銹(xiu),消地應力、防(fang)銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔(kong)方式,應用(yong)數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精準定位生產加工,保證規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁(liang)裝有(you)雙輪緣的車(che)轱轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅動器維護和防(fang)外(wai)遇(yu)保護器,安(an)全性有(you)確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓(shuan)聯接(jie),保證整個(ge)設備構造抗(kang)壓(ya)強(qiang)度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今龍門(men)端(duan)梁選用矩(ju)形方管制做,車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面每平米。
