承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選(xuan)用歐式古典(dian)箱(xiang)型梁組織(zhi)設計方(fang)案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線(xian)路板(ban)制做,無(wu)對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁(liang)更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割(ge)整個PCB線路(lu)板(ban)開料,精準度(du)高(gao)。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊自動(dong)焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消(xiao)地應力、防銹處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方(fang)案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一回精準定位生產(chan)加工,保證(zheng)規(gui)格精密度(du)和配合(he)尺寸(cun);
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙輪(lun)緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)(qi)、驅動器(qi)(qi)維護(hu)和防(fang)外遇保護(hu)器(qi)(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與(yu)端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯(lian)接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半(ban)今龍門端(duan)梁(liang)選用矩形方管制做,車轱(gu)轆為無(wu)邊緣(yuan)設計(ji)方案(an),路軌與路面每平米。
