承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選(xuan)用歐(ou)式古典箱型(xing)梁(liang)組(zu)織設(she)計方案,重量輕,合(he)理(li)配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎(shu)直剛(gang)度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割整個(ge)PCB線路板開料(liao),精準(zhun)度(du)高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)(han)自動焊(han)(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)(han)后總體(ti)拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞(jiao)接軟性設(she)計(ji)方(fang)案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精準定位生產加工,保(bao)證規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一(yi)端梁(liang)裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣的(de)車(che)轱轆(lu)、緩沖器(qi)(qi)、驅動器(qi)(qi)維護和(he)防外(wai)遇保護器(qi)(qi),安(an)全(quan)性(xing)有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設(she)備構造抗(kang)壓強度(du)和精密(mi)度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方管制做,車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設(she)計方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面(mian)每(mei)平米。
