承重梁構造
1,承重梁選(xuan)用(yong)歐式古典(dian)箱型(xing)梁組(zu)織設計方案,重量(liang)輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無對接焊縫(feng),比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精(jing)準(zhun)度(du)高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊自動焊、無損(sun)檢測。焊后(hou)總體拋(pao)丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處(chu)理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞接軟性設計方(fang)案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一回精準定(ding)位生產加工,保證(zheng)規(gui)格精密度(du)和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁裝(zhuang)有(you)雙輪緣(yuan)的車(che)轱轆(lu)、緩沖器、驅(qu)動(dong)器維(wei)護和防(fang)外遇(yu)保(bao)護器,安(an)全(quan)性有(you)確(que)保(bao)。
4,承重(zhong)梁(liang)與(yu)端梁(liang)選(xuan)用10.9級高強(qiang)螺(luo)栓聯接,保(bao)證整個(ge)設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度(du)和(he)精(jing)密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁(liang)選(xuan)用矩形方管制做(zuo),車轱轆為無(wu)邊(bian)緣設(she)計方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平(ping)米。
