承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐(ou)式(shi)古典(dian)箱型梁組織設計方(fang)案,重量輕,合理(li)配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由(you)數控切(qie)割整個(ge)PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧(hu)焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸(wan)除銹,消地應力(li)、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄(bo)厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設(she)計方案(an),防止“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用(yong)鏜孔方式,應(ying)用(yong)數(shu)控機(ji)床(chuang)鏜銑(xian)床(chuang)一回精(jing)準定位生產加工,保證規(gui)格精(jing)密度(du)和(he)配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端(duan)梁裝有(you)雙(shuang)輪(lun)緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)維護和防外遇保(bao)護器(qi),安全性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用(yong)10.9級高(gao)強螺栓聯(lian)接,保證整個設(she)備構造(zao)抗(kang)壓(ya)強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁選(xuan)用矩形方管制做,車(che)轱(gu)轆為無(wu)邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面(mian)每平(ping)米。
