承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐式古(gu)典(dian)箱型梁(liang)組織設計方案,重量輕,合理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫(feng),比拼湊(cou)承(cheng)重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度(du)由數控切(qie)割整個PCB線路板開料(liao),精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧(hu)焊(han)自動(dong)焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體(ti)拋丸除銹,消(xiao)地應力、防(fang)銹處理,超(chao)過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用(yong)絞接軟性設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾(ji)條(tiao)腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選(xuan)用鏜(tang)孔(kong)方式(shi),應用數控(kong)機(ji)床(chuang)(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)(chuang)一回精準定位生產加工,保證規(gui)格精密(mi)度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有雙輪緣的車(che)轱轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅動器維護(hu)(hu)和防外(wai)遇保護(hu)(hu)器,安全性(xing)有確保。
4,承重(zhong)梁(liang)(liang)與端梁(liang)(liang)選用10.9級高強螺(luo)栓(shuan)聯接,保證(zheng)整個設(she)備構造抗壓強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用(yong)矩形方管制做,車轱轆(lu)為(wei)無邊緣設計方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米。
