承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用(yong)歐式古典(dian)箱型梁(liang)組(zu)織(zhi)設(she)計(ji)方(fang)案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板(ban)制做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱(gong)度由數控(kong)切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊(han)自動焊(han)、無(wu)損檢(jian)測。焊(han)后總體拋(pao)丸除(chu)銹,消(xiao)地應(ying)力、防(fang)銹處(chu)理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄(bo)厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟性設(she)計方(fang)案(an),防止“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方(fang)式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜銑(xian)床一(yi)回精準定位生(sheng)產加(jia)工,保證規(gui)格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端(duan)梁(liang)裝有(you)雙輪緣的(de)車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維(wei)護(hu)和(he)防外遇保(bao)護(hu)器,安全性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高(gao)強螺栓聯接,保(bao)證整個設備構造抗壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁選(xuan)用(yong)矩形(xing)方(fang)管制做,車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路(lu)(lu)軌與路(lu)(lu)面每平米。
