承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)(liang)選用歐式古典箱型梁(liang)(liang)組織設計方案,重量(liang)輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路(lu)板制做,無對接焊縫(feng),比拼湊(cou)承重梁(liang)更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度(du)(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度(du)(du)由數控切(qie)割整個(ge)PCB線路板(ban)開料,精(jing)準度(du)(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)(han)自(zi)動焊(han)(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)(han)后(hou)總體拋(pao)丸除銹(xiu),消地應(ying)力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材(cai)料(liao)為(wei)Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計(ji)方案,防(fang)止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回(hui)精(jing)準定位生產加工,保證規格精(jing)密度和配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器,安全性有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓聯接(jie),保證(zheng)整個設備(bei)構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今(jin)龍(long)門端梁選(xuan)用矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱(gu)轆為無(wu)邊(bian)緣設(she)計方(fang)案,路(lu)軌與(yu)路(lu)面每平米。
