承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁選(xuan)用歐式古典箱型梁組織(zhi)設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合(he)理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制做,無(wu)對接焊縫(feng),比(bi)拼湊承重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割(ge)整個PCB線路板開(kai)料,精準(zhun)度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自(zi)動焊、無(wu)損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除(chu)銹(xiu),消地應力(li)、防銹(xiu)處理(li),超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞接(jie)軟性設(she)計(ji)方案,防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應(ying)用數控機(ji)床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑(xian)床(chuang)一回精準定位生產加工,保證規格精密度和配(pei)合(he)尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和(he)防外(wai)遇保護器,安(an)全(quan)性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個(ge)設備構造抗壓(ya)強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁選用矩形方(fang)管制做,車(che)轱(gu)轆(lu)為無邊緣設計(ji)方(fang)案,路軌(gui)與路面每平米。

1,雙梁小轎車承(cheng)重梁與承(cheng)重梁選用軟性絞接(jie)方式;防止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
