承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用(yong)歐式古典(dian)箱型梁組織設計方案,重(zhong)量(liang)輕,合理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制做(zuo),無(wu)對接焊(han)縫(feng),比拼(pin)湊(cou)承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)(du)(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)(du)(du)由數控切(qie)割整個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精準度(du)(du)(du)高(gao)。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測(ce)。焊后總體拋丸除(chu)銹,消(xiao)地應力(li)、防銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接軟(ruan)性設計(ji)方案(an),防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式(shi),應用數控機床鏜銑床一(yi)回(hui)精(jing)準定位(wei)生產加(jia)工(gong),保證規格精(jing)密度(du)和(he)配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁(liang)裝(zhuang)有雙(shuang)輪緣(yuan)的車(che)轱轆、緩(huan)沖器、驅動器維護和防(fang)外(wai)遇保護器,安全性(xing)有確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高(gao)強螺(luo)栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強度和(he)精密度。
5,半(ban)今(jin)龍門端梁選(xuan)用矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆(lu)為(wei)無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每(mei)平米。
