承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐式(shi)古典箱型梁(liang)組織設計(ji)方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線(xian)路板制(zhi)做,無對接焊(han)縫(feng),比拼(pin)湊(cou)承重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整(zheng)個PCB線路板(ban)開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理(li),超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材(cai)料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞接(jie)軟(ruan)性設計方案(an),防止“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車(che)轱(gu)轆選(xuan)用鏜孔(kong)方(fang)式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精準(zhun)定(ding)位生產加工,保(bao)證(zheng)規格精密度和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩(huan)沖器、驅動器維護和(he)防(fang)外(wai)遇保護器,安全性有確(que)保。
4,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯(lian)接,保證整個設備構(gou)造抗壓強度(du)和精密(mi)度(du)。
5,半今龍(long)門端(duan)梁選用矩形(xing)方管(guan)制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計(ji)方案,路軌與路面每平米(mi)。
