承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古(gu)典箱型梁組織(zhi)設計方案(an),重量輕(qing),合(he)理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度由數控(kong)切(qie)割整個PCB線路板開(kai)料,精(jing)準度高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊(han)(han)自動焊(han)(han)、無損檢測(ce)。焊(han)(han)后(hou)總(zong)體拋丸除銹(xiu),消(xiao)地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟(ruan)性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔(kong)方式(shi),應用(yong)數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精準定位(wei)生產加工,保證規格精密度和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車(che)轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外(wai)遇保護器,安全性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級(ji)高強螺(luo)栓聯接(jie),保證整(zheng)個設(she)備構造抗(kang)壓(ya)強度(du)和精(jing)密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁(liang)選用矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與(yu)路面每平米。
