承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選(xuan)用歐(ou)式古典箱型梁組(zu)織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制做(zuo),無對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊承重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端拱(gong)度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路板(ban)開(kai)料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體(ti)拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設(she)計方案,防止(zhi)“幾(ji)條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應(ying)用數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一(yi)回精準定位生產加工,保證(zheng)規(gui)格精密(mi)度和(he)配(pei)合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖(chong)器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護(hu)和(he)防外(wai)遇保(bao)護(hu)器(qi),安全性(xing)有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高(gao)強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整(zheng)個(ge)設(she)備(bei)構造抗壓強(qiang)度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方(fang)管(guan)制做(zuo),車轱轆(lu)為無邊緣設計(ji)方(fang)案,路軌(gui)與路面每平米。
