承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式古典(dian)箱(xiang)型梁組織設(she)計方案,重(zhong)量輕(qing),合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制做,無對(dui)接焊(han)縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切(qie)割整個PCB線路板(ban)開料,精(jing)準(zhun)度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動(dong)焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總(zong)體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地(di)應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板(ban)原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄(bo)厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞接軟(ruan)性設計方案(an),防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方(fang)式,應用數控機床鏜銑(xian)床一(yi)回精準(zhun)定位(wei)生(sheng)產加工,保(bao)證規(gui)格精密度和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖器、驅動器維護和防(fang)外遇保護器,安(an)全(quan)性(xing)有確保。
4,承重梁與(yu)端梁選用(yong)10.9級(ji)高強螺栓(shuan)聯(lian)接(jie),保證整個設(she)備構造抗壓(ya)強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方管制(zhi)做,車轱轆(lu)為無邊緣設計(ji)方案(an),路軌與路面每(mei)平(ping)米。
