承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選(xuan)用歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁(liang)組織(zhi)設計(ji)方案,重(zhong)量輕,合(he)理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無(wu)對接焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度(du)為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)由(you)數控切割整個(ge)PCB線路板(ban)開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總(zong)體拋丸除(chu)銹,消地應(ying)力(li)、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞(jiao)接軟(ruan)性設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一回精準(zhun)定位生產加(jia)工,保證規格(ge)精密度和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪(lun)緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖(chong)器(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)維護和防外遇(yu)保(bao)護器(qi),安全性有(you)確(que)保(bao)。
4,承重(zhong)梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方案,路(lu)(lu)軌與(yu)路(lu)(lu)面每平(ping)米(mi)。
