承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁(liang)采用歐(ou)式(shi)古典(dian)箱型梁(liang)機構(gou)設(she)計(ji)方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整(zheng)板制(zhi)做,無對(dui)接焊(han)縫,比(bi)拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割整板開(kai)料,精準(zhun)度(du)高。
4,采用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢(jian)測。焊后(hou)總體(ti)拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處(chu)理,做到Sa2.5級;
端梁一部分
1,大載貨量起重機端梁采用絞(jiao)接軟(ruan)性(xing)設(she)計方案,防止“三(san)條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆采用(yong)鏜孔方(fang)式,應用(yong)數(shu)控機床鏜銑床一次精準定位(wei)生產加(jia)工,保(bao)證規格精密度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一(yi)端(duan)梁裝(zhuang)有(you)雙(shuang)輪緣的(de)車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維(wei)護和防(fang)外遇(yu)保(bao)護器(qi),安全性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁采用10.9級高強螺(luo)栓聯(lian)接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
小車總承
