承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選(xuan)用歐式古(gu)典箱型梁組織(zhi)設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制做,無(wu)對接焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切(qie)割整個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精(jing)準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損(sun)檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞接軟性設計方(fang)案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一回(hui)精(jing)準定位(wei)生產加工(gong),保(bao)證規(gui)格精(jing)密度(du)和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有(you)雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖(chong)器、驅動(dong)器維護和(he)防外遇保(bao)護器,安全性(xing)有(you)確(que)保(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁與端(duan)梁選用10.9級高強螺(luo)栓聯接,保(bao)證整個設備構(gou)造抗壓強度和(he)精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用(yong)矩形方(fang)管(guan)制做,車轱轆(lu)為無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與路面每平(ping)米。
