承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式(shi)古典箱型(xing)梁組織設(she)計方案,重(zhong)量輕(qing),合理配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路(lu)板(ban)制做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛(gang)度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路板(ban)開料(liao),精準(zhun)度(du)高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊自動焊、無(wu)損檢測。焊后總(zong)體拋(pao)丸除銹,消地應(ying)力(li)、防銹處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞(jiao)接軟(ruan)性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆選用鏜孔方式(shi),應(ying)用數控機床鏜銑(xian)床一回精準定位生產加工,保(bao)證(zheng)規格精密度(du)和配(pei)合尺寸(cun);
3,每(mei)一端梁裝(zhuang)有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)維護和(he)防外(wai)遇保(bao)護器(qi),安(an)全性有(you)確(que)保(bao)。
4,承重梁與(yu)端梁選用(yong)10.9級高強螺栓(shuan)聯接,保(bao)證整個(ge)設(she)備構造抗壓強度和(he)精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選(xuan)用矩形方管制(zhi)做,車(che)轱(gu)轆為無(wu)邊緣設計方案(an),路軌與路面每(mei)平米。
