4,采(cai)用埋弧焊(han)自動(dong)焊(han)、無損檢(jian)測。焊(han)后總(zong)體拋(pao)丸除銹,消地應力(li)、防銹處理,做到(dao)Sa2.5級;
端梁一部分
1,大載貨量起重機端(duan)梁采用絞(jiao)接軟(ruan)性設計(ji)方案,防(fang)止“三條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆采用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應用(yong)數控機床(chuang)(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)(chuang)一次(ci)精準定位生產加(jia)工(gong),保(bao)證規格精密度(du)和配合尺(chi)寸(cun);
