承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選用(yong)歐式(shi)古典箱型梁組(zu)織(zhi)設計方案,重量輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整(zheng)個PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊自動焊、無損檢(jian)測(ce)。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消(xiao)地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板(ban)原材料(liao)為(wei)Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞接(jie)軟性(xing)設計方案,防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一回精準定位生產加工(gong),保證規格精密度(du)和(he)配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁(liang)裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器,安全性有(you)確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端(duan)梁選用10.9級高(gao)強螺栓(shuan)聯接(jie),保證整個設備(bei)構(gou)造(zao)抗(kang)壓強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩(ju)形方(fang)管制做(zuo),車(che)轱轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路(lu)軌與(yu)路(lu)面每平米(mi)。
