承重梁構造
1,承重梁選(xuan)用歐式古典(dian)箱型梁組(zu)織(zhi)設計(ji)方案,重量輕(qing),合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板(ban)制做,無對接焊(han)縫,比(bi)拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直(zhi)剛(gang)度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控(kong)切割整個PCB線路板開料,精(jing)準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消(xiao)地應力、防銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接軟性設計方案(an),防止“幾(ji)條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數控機(ji)床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑(xian)床(chuang)一回精準定(ding)位生產(chan)加工,保證規格精密度和配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪(lun)緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防外(wai)遇保護器(qi),安(an)全性有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保(bao)證整個設備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選(xuan)用(yong)矩形方(fang)(fang)管制做(zuo),車轱轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)(fang)案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平(ping)米。
