承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐(ou)式古典箱型(xing)梁(liang)組織設計(ji)方案,重量輕,合理(li)配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板(ban)制做,無(wu)對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度(du)(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端(duan)拱度(du)(du)由數控切割整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)(du)高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無(wu)損檢測。焊后(hou)總(zong)體(ti)拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞接軟(ruan)性設計方案(an),防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用鏜孔(kong)方式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一回精準定位生產加工,保證規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)維(wei)護(hu)和防外遇(yu)保護(hu)器(qi),安(an)全(quan)性有(you)確(que)保。
4,承重(zhong)梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓(shuan)聯(lian)接,保證整個(ge)設(she)備構造抗(kang)壓強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半(ban)今龍(long)門端梁選用矩形(xing)方(fang)管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣(yuan)設計方(fang)案,路軌與路面每平米。

1,雙梁小轎車承重梁與承重梁選用軟性絞(jiao)接(jie)方式(shi);防止“幾條腿”運作。
