承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選(xuan)用歐式古典(dian)箱型梁(liang)組織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線(xian)路板制做,無(wu)對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度由數(shu)控切割整個PCB線路(lu)板(ban)開料,精(jing)準度高(gao)。
4,選用(yong)埋(mai)弧焊自動(dong)焊、無損檢(jian)測。焊后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力(li)、防銹(xiu)處理(li),超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接(jie)軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿(tui)”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床(chuang)(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)(chuang)一回(hui)精(jing)準定位(wei)生產(chan)加工,保(bao)證規格精(jing)密(mi)度(du)和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一(yi)端梁(liang)裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器、驅(qu)動(dong)器維護和防外遇(yu)保護器,安全性有確保。
4,承重梁與(yu)端梁選用(yong)10.9級(ji)高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整個設(she)備構造(zao)抗壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今龍(long)門端梁選用矩形方管制(zhi)做,車轱轆為(wei)無(wu)邊(bian)緣設(she)計方案,路軌與路面每(mei)平(ping)米。
