承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)(liang)選用(yong)歐(ou)式古典箱型梁(liang)(liang)組織設計方案(an),重(zhong)量輕,合理(li)配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接(jie)焊(han)縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁(liang)更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度由數控(kong)切割整個(ge)PCB線路板開料(liao),精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋(pao)丸除銹(xiu),消地應力(li)、防銹(xiu)處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧(yang)富鋅漆(qi),薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選(xuan)用絞接軟性設計方(fang)案,防止“幾(ji)條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車(che)轱轆(lu)選用(yong)(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應(ying)用(yong)(yong)數控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一(yi)回精(jing)準定位生產加工,保證(zheng)規格精(jing)密(mi)度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和(he)防外(wai)遇保(bao)護器(qi),安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端(duan)梁選用(yong)10.9級高(gao)強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形(xing)方管制(zhi)做,車轱轆為無邊緣設(she)計方案,路(lu)軌與(yu)路(lu)面每平米。
