承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式(shi)古典箱型梁組織設計方(fang)案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路(lu)板(ban)開(kai)料,精準(zhun)度(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧(hu)焊(han)自動焊(han)、無(wu)損檢測。焊(han)后(hou)總體拋丸(wan)除銹,消地應力、防(fang)銹處理(li),超過(guo)Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接(jie)軟性設計(ji)方案,防止“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用鏜孔(kong)方式,應(ying)用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精準定位生產加工,保證(zheng)規格精密度(du)和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅(qu)動(dong)器維護和防(fang)外遇保(bao)護器,安全性(xing)有(you)確(que)保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺(luo)栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁選用矩(ju)形方(fang)管制做(zuo),車轱轆為無邊緣設(she)計方(fang)案,路軌與(yu)路面每平米。

1,雙(shuang)梁(liang)小轎(jiao)車承重梁(liang)與承重梁(liang)選用軟(ruan)性絞接方(fang)式;防止“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
