承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐(ou)式(shi)古典(dian)箱型梁組織設計方案(an),重量(liang)輕,合(he)理配(pei)置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線(xian)路(lu)板制(zhi)做,無對接(jie)焊(han)縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自(zi)動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋(pao)丸除(chu)銹,消地應力、防銹處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原(yuan)材(cai)料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富(fu)鋅漆(qi),薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞接軟性設(she)計方(fang)案,防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方(fang)式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回(hui)精準(zhun)定位生產加工,保證(zheng)規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁(liang)裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護(hu)和防外遇保(bao)護(hu)器(qi),安全性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓(shuan)聯接(jie),保證整(zheng)個設備構造抗(kang)壓強(qiang)度(du)和精密(mi)度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選(xuan)用(yong)矩形方(fang)管制做(zuo),車轱轆(lu)為(wei)無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米(mi)。

1,雙(shuang)梁(liang)小轎車承(cheng)重梁(liang)與(yu)承(cheng)重梁(liang)選用(yong)軟性絞(jiao)接(jie)方式;防止“幾(ji)條腿”運(yun)作。
2,電動機+制動系統(tong)+減速器+行程開(kai)關四(si)合一一體(ti)化設(she)計方案,結構(gou)緊(jin)湊(cou)
3,小轎車搭建有安全性鉤,防失控。
