2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制做,無對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度為1/800,梁(liang)端拱(gong)度由數控切割整個PCB線路板(ban)開料,精準(zhun)度高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊自(zi)動(dong)焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消(xiao)地(di)應力(li)、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅(xin)漆(qi),薄(bo)厚120μm。

1,大噸數起重(zhong)設(she)備端梁選用絞接軟性設(she)計方案(an),防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控(kong)機床鏜銑(xian)床一回(hui)精準定位生(sheng)產加工,保證規格(ge)精密(mi)度和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有(you)雙輪(lun)緣的車(che)轱轆、緩(huan)沖器、驅動器維護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器,安全性(xing)有(you)確(que)保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整(zheng)個設備構造(zao)抗壓強度和精密度。
