承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選(xuan)用歐式古典箱型梁(liang)組織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制做,無對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊承重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控(kong)切割整個PCB線路板(ban)開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接軟(ruan)性設計(ji)方案,防止“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方式(shi),應用(yong)數控(kong)機(ji)床鏜銑床一回精(jing)準定(ding)位生產加(jia)工,保證規格(ge)精(jing)密度和(he)配合尺寸(cun);
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維(wei)護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器(qi),安全性(xing)有(you)確保。
4,承重梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備(bei)構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用(yong)矩(ju)形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆為無邊(bian)緣設計(ji)方(fang)案,路軌與路面每平米。
