承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐式古典箱型(xing)梁(liang)組織設計方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無(wu)對接焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數(shu)控(kong)切割整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選(xuan)用(yong)埋弧焊自動(dong)焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋(pao)丸除(chu)銹,消地應力(li)、防銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼板(ban)原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案(an),防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車(che)轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔(kong)方(fang)式,應用數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一(yi)回精(jing)準定位生產加(jia)工,保證規格精(jing)密度和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器、驅(qu)動器維護和防外(wai)遇保(bao)(bao)護器,安全性(xing)有確(que)保(bao)(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構(gou)造抗(kang)壓強度和精密度。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁選用矩形方(fang)管制(zhi)做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與(yu)路面每(mei)平米。
