承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織(zhi)設(she)計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線(xian)路板制做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛(gang)度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整(zheng)個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊自(zi)動焊、無(wu)損檢測。焊后總(zong)體拋丸除銹,消地應(ying)力、防銹處(chu)理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞(jiao)接軟(ruan)性設計方案,防(fang)止“幾條腿(tui)”運作(zuo)。
2,車(che)轱轆選用鏜孔方(fang)式(shi),應用數控機(ji)床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精準定(ding)位(wei)生產加工,保證規格精密(mi)度和配合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護(hu)和防外遇(yu)保護(hu)器,安全性有確保。
4,承重(zhong)梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺(luo)栓聯接,保證(zheng)整個設備構(gou)造抗壓強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今龍(long)門端梁(liang)選用(yong)矩形方管制做,車轱(gu)轆為無邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面每(mei)平米。
