承重梁構造
1,承重梁選(xuan)用(yong)歐(ou)式古典箱型梁組織設計方(fang)案,重量輕,合(he)理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板(ban)制做(zuo),無(wu)對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由(you)數控(kong)切(qie)割整個(ge)PCB線路板(ban)開料,精準(zhun)度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無(wu)損檢測(ce)。焊(han)后總體(ti)拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力(li)、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板(ban)原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞接軟性設(she)計方案,防止“幾(ji)條(tiao)腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔(kong)方式,應用數控(kong)機床鏜(tang)銑床一(yi)回精(jing)準定(ding)位生產加工,保(bao)證規格精(jing)密度和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承重梁與(yu)端(duan)梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺(luo)栓聯接,保證(zheng)整(zheng)個設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度(du)和精密(mi)度(du)。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁選用矩形方(fang)管(guan)制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與路面(mian)每平(ping)米(mi)。
