承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組(zu)織(zhi)設計(ji)方案(an),重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制做,無(wu)對接焊縫(feng),比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控(kong)切割整個PCB線路板開料(liao),精(jing)準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢(jian)測。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防(fang)銹處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車(che)轱轆(lu)選(xuan)用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回(hui)精(jing)準定位生產加工(gong),保證規格精(jing)密度和配(pei)合(he)尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器、驅(qu)動(dong)器維護和防外遇(yu)保護器,安全性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁與端(duan)梁選用10.9級(ji)高強(qiang)螺(luo)栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗(kang)壓(ya)強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今(jin)龍(long)門端梁選用矩形(xing)方管制做,車轱轆(lu)為無邊緣設計方案,路(lu)軌與(yu)路(lu)面每平米。
