承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組(zu)織(zhi)設(she)計方(fang)案,重(zhong)量輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制(zhi)做,無對接焊縫(feng),比(bi)拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁(liang)端拱度(du)由(you)數控(kong)切(qie)割(ge)整個PCB線(xian)路板(ban)開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊(han)自動(dong)焊(han)、無損檢測(ce)。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消(xiao)地應力、防銹處(chu)理(li),超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材(cai)料為(wei)Q235B;環氧(yang)富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞(jiao)接(jie)軟性設計(ji)方案(an),防止“幾條腿(tui)”運作(zuo)。
2,車(che)轱轆(lu)選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔(kong)方式,應用(yong)數(shu)控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一回精準定位生產加(jia)工,保證規格精密(mi)度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖器、驅(qu)動器維護(hu)和防外遇保(bao)(bao)護(hu)器,安全性有(you)確保(bao)(bao)。
4,承重(zhong)梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證(zheng)整個設備構造抗壓強度(du)和精(jing)密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方(fang)管制(zhi)做,車轱(gu)轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)案(an),路(lu)軌(gui)與路(lu)面(mian)每平米。
