承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古(gu)典(dian)箱型(xing)梁組織設計方案,重量輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對(dui)接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控(kong)切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢(jian)測。焊后(hou)總體(ti)拋丸(wan)除銹,消地應力、防銹處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材(cai)料(liao)為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接(jie)軟性設計方案(an),防止“幾(ji)條(tiao)腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔(kong)方式(shi),應(ying)用(yong)數(shu)控機床鏜銑床一回精準定位生產加工,保證(zheng)規格精密度和(he)配合(he)尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁(liang)裝(zhuang)有(you)雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器,安全性(xing)有(you)確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端梁選(xuan)用(yong)10.9級高強螺(luo)栓聯接(jie),保證整個設備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁選用矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱(gu)轆為無(wu)邊(bian)緣設計方(fang)案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米。
