承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織設(she)計方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊承重(zhong)梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎(shu)直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整個(ge)PCB線路(lu)板(ban)開料,精準度高。
4,選(xuan)用埋(mai)弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹(xiu)(xiu),消地(di)應力、防銹(xiu)(xiu)處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞接軟性設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應(ying)用數(shu)控(kong)機(ji)床鏜銑床一回精準定位生產加工,保(bao)證規格精密度和(he)配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙(shuang)輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)(qi)、驅動(dong)器(qi)(qi)維護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器(qi)(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方(fang)管制(zhi)做,車轱轆(lu)為無(wu)邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與路面每平米。
