承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐(ou)式古典箱型梁組織設計(ji)方案(an),重量輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板(ban)制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度由數控切割(ge)整個PCB線路板開料,精(jing)準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動(dong)焊(han)、無損檢測(ce)。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹(xiu)(xiu),消(xiao)地應(ying)力、防銹(xiu)(xiu)處理,超(chao)過(guo)Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼(gang)板原(yuan)材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用(yong)絞接軟(ruan)性(xing)設計方(fang)案,防止“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆選用(yong)(yong)鏜孔方(fang)式(shi),應用(yong)(yong)數控機床鏜銑床一回精準定位生產(chan)加工,保證規格精密度(du)和配合尺(chi)寸(cun);
3,每一(yi)端梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)(qi)、驅動器(qi)(qi)維護和防外遇保(bao)(bao)護器(qi)(qi),安全性有確保(bao)(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端梁選用10.9級(ji)高(gao)強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造(zao)抗壓強度和精(jing)密(mi)度。
5,半(ban)今龍門端(duan)梁選(xuan)用矩形方(fang)管(guan)制做,車(che)轱轆為無邊(bian)緣設(she)計方(fang)案,路軌與路面每(mei)平米。
