承重梁構造
1,承重梁選(xuan)用歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁組織設(she)計方案,重量輕,合理配(pei)置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線(xian)路板制做,無(wu)對(dui)接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)(du)為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)(du)由數控切(qie)割(ge)整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線(xian)路板開料,精準度(du)(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無(wu)損(sun)檢(jian)測。焊后總體拋丸除(chu)銹(xiu),消地應力、防(fang)銹(xiu)處(chu)理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞(jiao)接軟性設計(ji)方案(an),防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔(kong)方式,應用(yong)數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回(hui)精準定(ding)位(wei)生產加(jia)工,保證(zheng)規格精密(mi)度(du)和配合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有(you)雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維(wei)護和防外遇保(bao)護器,安全性(xing)有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個(ge)設備構造(zao)抗壓強度和精密(mi)度。
5,半(ban)今龍門端(duan)梁選用矩(ju)形方管制做(zuo),車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設計方案,路(lu)(lu)軌與(yu)路(lu)(lu)面每(mei)平米。
