承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐式古典(dian)箱型梁(liang)組織設計方(fang)案(an),重量輕,合理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制(zhi)做,無對(dui)接焊(han)縫(feng),比(bi)拼湊承重梁(liang)更(geng)牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁(liang)端(duan)拱度由數(shu)控(kong)切割整個PCB線(xian)路板開料(liao),精準(zhun)度高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸(wan)除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板(ban)原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用(yong)絞(jiao)接軟性設計(ji)方案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方(fang)式(shi),應用數(shu)控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一回精(jing)準定(ding)位生產(chan)加工,保(bao)證(zheng)規格精(jing)密度和(he)配合(he)尺寸(cun);
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有雙輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅(qu)動器維護(hu)和防(fang)外遇保(bao)護(hu)器,安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重(zhong)梁與端梁選(xuan)用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯(lian)接,保證整個(ge)設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁選用矩形方管(guan)制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計(ji)方案(an),路(lu)軌與路(lu)面(mian)每平米。
