承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁(liang)組織(zhi)設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線(xian)路(lu)板制(zhi)做,無對接焊縫(feng),比拼湊承重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數(shu)控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除(chu)銹,消地應力(li)、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆(qi),薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用(yong)絞接(jie)軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿(tui)”運(yun)作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)數控機(ji)床鏜銑床一回精準定位生產(chan)加工,保證規(gui)格精密度和配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩(huan)沖(chong)器(qi)(qi)、驅動器(qi)(qi)維護和防外(wai)遇保護器(qi)(qi),安全性(xing)有(you)確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁(liang)與(yu)端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證(zheng)整個設備構造抗壓強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁選用(yong)矩形方管制做,車轱轆為無邊(bian)緣設(she)計方案,路軌與路面(mian)每平米(mi)。
小轎車總程
1,雙梁(liang)小轎車承重梁(liang)與(yu)承重梁(liang)選用(yong)軟性絞接方式;防(fang)止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
