承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐式古典(dian)箱型梁(liang)組織設計(ji)方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無(wu)對接焊縫(feng),比拼湊(cou)承重梁更(geng)牢(lao)固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度(du)(du)為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度(du)(du)由數控切(qie)割整(zheng)個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用(yong)埋弧焊(han)自動(dong)焊(han)、無損檢(jian)測(ce)。焊(han)后總體拋丸(wan)除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧(yang)富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接軟(ruan)性設計方案,防(fang)止“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)數控機(ji)床鏜銑(xian)床一回精準定位(wei)生產加工(gong),保證(zheng)規(gui)格精密(mi)度和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣的(de)車(che)轱(gu)轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅動器維護(hu)和防外遇保(bao)護(hu)器,安(an)全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)(liang)與(yu)端梁(liang)(liang)選用10.9級高強螺(luo)栓聯接,保證整(zheng)個設備構造抗壓強度(du)和(he)精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁選用矩形方管制做,車轱轆為無(wu)邊緣設計方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米。
