承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選(xuan)用歐式古典箱型梁組織設計方案,重量輕,合理(li)配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制(zhi)做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度由數控(kong)切割整(zheng)個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用(yong)埋(mai)弧焊(han)(han)自動(dong)焊(han)(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)(han)后總體拋(pao)丸(wan)除銹,消(xiao)地應(ying)力、防(fang)銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板(ban)原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接(jie)軟性設計方(fang)案(an),防止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應(ying)用數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精準定位生(sheng)產加工,保證(zheng)規格(ge)精密度和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁(liang)裝有(you)雙輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅動器維護和防外遇保護器,安全性有(you)確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端梁選用10.9級(ji)高強螺(luo)栓聯(lian)接,保證整個設備(bei)構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半(ban)今龍(long)門端梁選用矩形(xing)方(fang)(fang)管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設(she)計方(fang)(fang)案,路軌與(yu)路面每平米(mi)。
