承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐(ou)式古典箱型(xing)梁組(zu)織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制做(zuo),無對接焊縫(feng),比(bi)拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度(du)(du)為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)(du)由數控切割(ge)整個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精(jing)準度(du)(du)高(gao)。
4,選(xuan)用埋(mai)弧焊自動焊、無損檢測(ce)。焊后總(zong)體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計(ji)方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式(shi),應用數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一(yi)回精準定位生產加工,保證規(gui)格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護(hu)和防外(wai)遇保護(hu)器,安全性有確保。
4,承重(zhong)梁(liang)與(yu)端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯(lian)接(jie),保證整個設(she)備構造抗壓強(qiang)度和精密(mi)度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方管制(zhi)做,車轱轆為(wei)無(wu)邊緣設計方案(an),路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米。
小轎車總程
1,雙梁(liang)小轎車(che)承重梁(liang)與承重梁(liang)選用軟性絞(jiao)接方式;防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運(yun)作。
