承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐(ou)式古典(dian)箱型梁組織設計方(fang)案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重(zhong)梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度(du)由數控切割整(zheng)個PCB線路板(ban)開(kai)料(liao),精準(zhun)度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無(wu)損檢測。焊后總體(ti)拋丸除銹,消地(di)應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材(cai)料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防(fang)止“幾條腿(tui)”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方(fang)式,應用(yong)數(shu)控機床鏜銑床一回精(jing)準定位生產加工,保證規(gui)格精(jing)密度和配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪(lun)緣的車(che)轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外遇保護器,安全性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與(yu)端梁(liang)選(xuan)用10.9級高強螺栓聯接(jie),保(bao)證整個設(she)備構造抗壓強度和精(jing)密(mi)度。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁(liang)選用(yong)矩(ju)形方管制做,車轱轆為(wei)無邊(bian)緣設(she)計方案,路軌與路面每平(ping)米(mi)。
