承重梁構造
1,承重梁選(xuan)用歐式古典箱型梁組織設計方案,重量輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制做,無對接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承重梁更(geng)牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割(ge)整個(ge)PCB線路(lu)板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損(sun)檢測。焊后總(zong)體拋丸除(chu)銹,消地應力、防銹處(chu)理(li),超(chao)過(guo)Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板原材料(liao)為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞接軟(ruan)性設(she)計方案(an),防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔(kong)方式,應用數控(kong)機床鏜(tang)銑床一(yi)回精(jing)準(zhun)定位生產(chan)加(jia)工,保證規格精(jing)密(mi)度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣(yuan)的車(che)轱轆(lu)、緩沖器、驅動器維(wei)護和防外遇保(bao)護器,安全性(xing)有確保(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端梁選用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓聯接,保(bao)證整個設(she)備構造抗壓(ya)強度和(he)精密(mi)度。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁選用矩形方(fang)管(guan)制做,車轱(gu)轆為無邊緣設計(ji)方(fang)案,路軌與路面每(mei)平米。
