承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用(yong)歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁組織設計(ji)方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線路板制做,無對接焊(han)縫,比(bi)拼(pin)湊承重(zhong)梁更(geng)牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切(qie)割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動(dong)焊、無損檢測。焊后總(zong)體拋(pao)丸(wan)除(chu)銹,消地應力(li)、防銹處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富(fu)鋅漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟(ruan)性設(she)計方(fang)案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔(kong)方式,應(ying)用數控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一回(hui)精準(zhun)定位生產(chan)加(jia)工,保證規格精密度(du)和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維(wei)護(hu)和防外遇保(bao)護(hu)器,安(an)全性有確保(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端(duan)梁選用10.9級高(gao)強螺栓(shuan)聯(lian)接(jie),保證整個設備構造抗壓強度和(he)精密度。
5,半今龍(long)門端梁選(xuan)用矩形(xing)方管制做,車轱轆為無(wu)邊(bian)緣(yuan)設計(ji)方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面(mian)每平(ping)米。
