承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選用(yong)歐式古典箱型梁組(zu)織設(she)計方案,重量輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路(lu)板制做,無對(dui)接焊(han)縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更(geng)牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度由數控切割(ge)整個PCB線路板開(kai)料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板(ban)原(yuan)材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車(che)轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回(hui)精準定位生產加工(gong),保證規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有雙輪緣的車(che)轱轆、緩沖器(qi)(qi)、驅動器(qi)(qi)維護(hu)和防外遇(yu)保護(hu)器(qi)(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺(luo)栓聯(lian)接,保證整個設(she)備構(gou)造抗(kang)壓強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁選用矩形(xing)方管制做,車(che)轱(gu)轆為無邊緣設計方案(an),路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米。
