承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐式(shi)古典箱(xiang)型梁(liang)組織設計方案,重量(liang)輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制做,無對(dui)接焊縫(feng),比拼(pin)湊(cou)承重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動(dong)焊(han)、無損檢(jian)測。焊(han)后總體(ti)拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞接(jie)軟性設計(ji)方案,防止“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用(yong)鏜孔方式,應(ying)用(yong)數(shu)控機床鏜銑床一回精準(zhun)定位(wei)生產加工,保證(zheng)規格精密度和(he)配(pei)合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖(chong)器(qi)(qi)、驅動(dong)器(qi)(qi)維(wei)護和防外遇保(bao)(bao)護器(qi)(qi),安全性有確保(bao)(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端梁選用(yong)10.9級(ji)高強螺栓聯接,保證整(zheng)個(ge)設(she)備構造抗壓強度和精密(mi)度。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁(liang)選用矩(ju)形(xing)方管制做,車(che)轱轆為無(wu)邊緣設計方案,路(lu)(lu)軌與路(lu)(lu)面每平米。

1,雙梁小轎車承重梁與承重梁選用軟性絞(jiao)接方式;防止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
