承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐(ou)式古典箱(xiang)型梁組(zu)織設計方(fang)案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制做(zuo),無對(dui)接焊(han)縫(feng),比拼(pin)湊承重梁更(geng)牢固(gu)。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切(qie)割整個(ge)PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總(zong)體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力(li)、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接(jie)軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方(fang)式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一回(hui)精準定位生(sheng)產加工,保證規格精密度(du)和(he)配合(he)尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外遇(yu)保護器,安全性(xing)有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用(yong)10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保(bao)證整個設(she)備構造抗壓(ya)強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今(jin)龍(long)門(men)端梁選(xuan)用矩形方管(guan)制做,車轱轆(lu)為(wei)無(wu)邊(bian)緣設(she)計方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平(ping)米。
